TRANSFORM: A SOUL DAY RETREAT

Autumn is approaching, and we are getting ready for transformation!

Our quarterly day retreat is happening on 31st October this year.

The vision: a spiritual wellness festival in a building. Ceremonies, workshops, singing, yoga, breathwork, drumming circles, dances, meditation, sound baths, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and much more. All spread across our four magical spaces: The Temple, our main ceremonial space; The Womb, our downstairs sacred studio; Eden, our garden paradise; and the Café, the heart space of our hub. A place for community to come together in deepening connection, celebration, and transformation.

We are honoured to offer these sacred, and special days of communion, community, conscious connection, and profound healing experiences for the community. With free access to our infrared sauna and hot tub throughout the day, these day retreats are a really magical experience.

Our day retreats help raise funds to support the mission of our non-profit, and help to subsidise free and donation based regular community events in our space - thank you for your support!

James Dearden Bush will be performing an ambient guitar journey, to close our A DAY AT SOUL event on Sunday, featuring tracks form his albums 'Emanation', 'Thoughts of Eden', and tracks from his forthcoming album 'Reverence'.

James's musical focus is on creating ambient guitar music to heal and soothe the mind, body, and soul. All his music is tuned to the healing frequency of 432Hz, and every sound you hear is created with one guitar and a collection of effects pedals.

James has been involved in numerous musical projects throughout his life. Musical projects which have been featured on BBC national radio, and he has performed at many festivals including the world renowned Glastonbury Music Festival.

Rainbow will be sharing her Music for Mending this Sunday. during our community gathering - A Day at SOUL

Earthy, intimate, raw and wild. Rainbow's music explores the beautiful and sometimes painful human experience.

Weaving soulful vocals, poetic storytelling and psychospiritual folk, her songs move through love, longing, motherhood, suffering, awakening and the search for belonging.

Her music has a ceremonial mending quality

Come along for a day filled with music, dance, crafting and community gathering that includes the whole Village.

Next Sunday, we have a beautiful day planned for the whole family, a full day of community, live music, dance, arts & crafts, and fun summer soaked day together.

We will open the day coming together in an opening ritual, followed by an insoiring line up of live music, and an Ecstatic dance. We’ll share a communal evening meal before closing the day with a live performance from James Dearden Bush
