1 tin shredded chicken ( tuna or Salmon) I used tuna
1 egg
40 g lowfat cheddar

Blitz and cook in waffle maker for 5mins

One thing I absolutely love about being a Slimming World Consultant is the flexibility. Being able to support my members, check in, plan groups and still enjoy a little sunshine and fresh air really is the best of both worlds.
