THE TEN RULES OF REIKI
Most Reiki practitioners are familiar with the Five Reiki Precepts.
Over the years, I have come to see a number of recurring themes and principles that sit at the heart of authentic Reiki practice. In this blog, I've distilled those ideas into what I call the "10 Rules of Reiki" β a practical framework inspired by Usui's teachings and by many years of teaching and practising Reiki.
These include:
β’ Taking responsibility for your own growth
β’ The importance of regular practice
β’ Living the Reiki Precepts
β’ Developing awareness and presence
β’ Trusting the process
β’ Simplicity over complexity
β’ Reiki as a path of self-development, not just a healing technique
These principles help move Reiki beyond hand positions and techniques, turning it into something that can influence how we live our daily lives.
