Join other nations in providing a route to safety for refugees. Waive all visa requirements for Ukrainian passport holders arriving in the UK.

Just been watching a wonderful video by Tara Brach. She starts with this quote below. An affirmation by Louise Hay springs to mind. " It is only a thought and a thought can be changed". So true. So potentially transformative. Just need to practice

So many questions at the moment. When will it be over? What will happen? Was reminded of this poem in the doorway of the local church. I don't usually go there on my walk but somehow...
