We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Sauna No. 6 at Kinross Activity Centre is officially open for bookings! ✨

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes, and we cannot wait for you to experience our latest sauna location. Whether you’re looking to recharge, relax, or catch up with friends, Sauna No. 6 is easy to get to and ready to welcome you.

Getting here is a breeze! We are super easy to access, located just minutes right off the M90.

Opening this weekend! Slots are expected to fill up fast, so don’t miss out on being among the very first to try it.

A 90 min sauna experience using gua sha with Natalie our travelling therapist. Feel instantly better as she combines breathwork rituals, crystal gua sha, face yoga and all combined with our own signature wild Scottish Sauna oils. Finish with hot drinks and nourishing bliss bites from bliss_bites_scotland.

Sculpt & Glow!! We are excited to launch our new “GUA SHA” sauna experience, with our travelling therapist Natalie.

A guided 90-minute sauna ritual combining heat, cold water therapy, breathwork and gua sha designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer and glowing.

No experience needed, fully guided throughout.
