Type of yoga: strong vinyasa

Purpose of class: to bring attention to inner strength, to link up everything you have learnt, to give you the space to feel proud of yourself, to incorporate self discipline into your daily life.

Physical theme: steadiness and stability, gradual building of effort, core stability, grounded foundation.

Type of yoga: vinyasa

Purpose of the class: to bring you into your body, to let go of tension and feel more open in day to day life.

Physical theme: build soft strength, open the body, fluid sequences, opening and expansion of hips, chest and shoulders, include spiral pathways.

Once we’ve found our footing, we slow down and connect — steady postures that build stability and calm. This is where the practise starts to feel like yours.

Type of yoga: vinyasa

Purpose of the class: to slow down and reconnect with the earth, to quiet the mind, anchor awareness to the present moment. 

Physical theme: heavy stable foundation through the lower body, rooting down, staying low, lower body engagement, and slower rhythms.

Week 1: The Basics
We start right at the beginning — breath, posture, and the foundations that everything else builds on. No mats, no experience required. Just come as you are.

Type of yoga: Hatha

Purpose of the class: to help you feel safe and comfortable, to slowly introduce you to yoga, to teach you the meaning of yoga, to bring you back to centre.

Physical theme: focus on foundational body awareness, teaching how to connect movement with breath, finding alignment, introducing props and how to use them, exploring basic shapes.
