I have been qualified for 7 years and registered with the FHT (Please get this signed off by your local GP before booking) This massage also includes a scalp and face drainage massage - £80 - 1.5hours

⭐️ SWEDISH FULL BODY massage for a relaxing, toxin draining, knot and trapped nerve removing, aswell as reducing tension we hold within the body and a rejuvenating sensation. This includes a scalp massage - £55 - 1hour

⭐️ MLD facial and scalp massage. This is a relaxing and very effective massage. The MLD will help with any swelling, bloating and any blocked sinuses. Whilst the scalp massage is purely indulgent and sends you into a state of bliss and tranquility. - £55 -1hour

⭐️ HEAD, NECK & SHOULDER massage for a relaxing and indulgent treatment. One hour of pure relaxing bliss. Removed tension resting heavily on your shoulders, a tight neck which can cause tension headaches. This massage is a way to remove this - £55 - 1hour

Namaste Yogis please read 🙏🏼 ….

I will be starting a seven week chakra yoga and meditation block on Monday 7th of September. 🍂🌈

Held at the Church rooms hall, in St Neots town.

These seven weeks we will be working through the seven energy cycles within our body, combining with chakra yoga poses, chants, Breathwork and setting intentions all focused on a different chakra each week.

These seven weeks playlist is carefully curated to play the tones and frequencies for each chakra, to help unblocked blocks of emotion, release tightness within the body and create space where we were once stuck.

I do hope you enjoy the experiences and learn something about your body, and mind along the way.

Here are a few pieces of information for you to read before the block begins.

It will be £100 upfront for the yoga block or £16 per class (go pay as you go)

Duration: 7 week block

Date: Monday 7th of September

Location: Church Rooms, Church Walk, St Neots town.

Time: 7pm - 8:30pm

There will be gluten free cakes, herbal teas and a token gift, as we gently end the session on the final week.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage
