Today felt like one of those days where the universe quietly reminds you to pay attention... ✨🦋💫
Just seconds after I opened the door to my treatment room, ready to welcome my first client, a beautiful Red Admiral butterfly flew inside. It gently fluttered around the room for a few minutes, almost as if it was exploring the space and soaking up the peaceful Reiki energy. I stood there watching in wonder. Then, just as my client arrived, it calmly flew back out through the front door.
The Red Admiral is often associated with transformation, resilience, hope, freedom and joyful new beginnings. For many people, butterflies also carry a much deeper meaning, symbolising the presence or memory of loved ones who have passed.
What made today even more special is that it would have been my late uncle's birthday. Butterflies were one of his favourite living things, so the timing felt incredibly meaningful to me. 🦋
Today also brings the July Buck Moon, a full moon often seen as an opportunity to release what no longer serves us and make space for new possibilities. It's a time to reflect on our passions, aspirations and the connections that truly matter. 🌕
And today marks the opening of the Lionsgate Portal which remains open over the next two weeks, with its peak on 8 August (8/8). In astrology, this period is linked to the heliacal rising of Sirius, often called the Spiritual Sun. Many people view it as a time of inspiration, abundance, personal growth and setting intentions for the future. 🌟
Whether you see these moments as signs, synchronicities or simply beautiful coincidences, today reminded me to pause, be grateful and trust the journey. 💫
