If you’ve never experienced Reiki before, you might be wondering what on earth happens when you come along!

Reiki is a gentle, relaxing energy-based practice where you remain fully clothed and simply make yourself comfortable.

There is nothing you need to do.

You don’t need to know anything about Reiki.
You don’t need to be spiritual.
You don’t even need to believe in it.

You simply have some peaceful time for yourself while I guide you through the session. 🌿

Many people describe feeling deeply relaxed, calm and peaceful afterwards.

✨ Business Update ✨

From 1st September, Fine & Dandy and Drop Dead Gorgeous are moving to the GROUND FLOOR!! 🎉

Eeeeeek! I can actually hear all your knees and hips celebrating already! 😂 No more climbing the stairs!

With Good Riddance Spa Room relocating to Brook House, I’ll be making a few changes to the treatments I offer.

💖 Massage, Facials & Luxury Foot Spa Treatments will now be available on Mondays only, with appointments between 9:00am and 9:00pm.

I’m also incredibly excited to be creating a brand-new Holistic Therapy treatment menu! 🌿 As soon as it’s ready, I’ll be looking for a few lovely models to try the treatments at a discounted price, so keep your eyes peeled!

💅 Nail and Lash appointments will continue exactly as normal, so nothing changes there.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to offer Japanese Spa treatments, as the new location isn’t suitable for these. The good news is they’re still available with the wonderful team at Good Riddance in Brook House, so please contact Kirsty, Fiona or Dona if you’d like to book one.

I got the pleasure of meeting someone who came along for an energy healing session for the first time this week.

She said that she’s currently signed off work due to anxiety and thought she’d give this a go.

She explained that the anxiety came out of nowhere and has affected her when she’s travels to work by train. She commutes to London and has done for a while, but now suddenly she’s been hit with this awful anxiety and can’t manage the train journey.

So I got to work and rebalanced her energy, chakras and also felt this enormous resistance around her head. It was like my hand and her head had magnets on them that were pushing against each other. That resistance was in the form of ‘fear’ energy, I spent some time reducing it, clearing it and cleansing the area it had come from. I also supported her head chakras throughout and grounded her. She had a blend of lemon, lavendar and Melissa blend essential oils too.

Afterwards, she felt noticeably lighter and relaxed.

A day after her session, I received this from her.

It works. ☺️

And I’m so pleased for her.
