We just wanted to say a big thank you to those of you who joined us for our very first Tarot Social. What a wonderful 90-minutes of sharing stories, swapping insights and comparing decks. Every single person came away having learnt something completely new about their intuition.

Our Tarot Socials are held on the first and third Sunday of every month, with the next one set for Sunday 20th September from 12pm till 1.30pm.

We are already counting down the days until we do it all over again!

Well...this has made us cry! 😭😭😭😭

For those of you who don't already know, Heavenly Helen is our very dear friend, spiritual mentor and a customer of Hexen Haus too. She has supported us from the very beginning. Without her belief in our vision we wouldn't be where we are today.

Helen is also the best Psychic Medium, Tarot reader and Reiki Master you'll ever meet. She radiates pure joy and is most definitely human medicine. If you haven't already, then please do give her a follow and book yourself in for a reading or healing, you won't be disappointed.

LGBTQ+ Spaces: When inclusion becomes a marketing checklist.

A business can claim that it's an 'LGBTQ+ Safe Space,' but that doesn't change the energy inside.

We've noticed that a lot of places are rushing to adopt inclusive credentials on paper to blend in with communities they don't understand.

But compliance means absolutely nothing without context. Real inclusion relies entirely on lived experience and the energy you feel the second you step through the doors.

Safe is the baseline. It’s the bare minimum. The reality is that q***r folk don't want something that feels performative or forced. They want spaces built by them and for them, where the magick happens in the recognition.

Here at Hexen Haus, you’re not just safe from judgment; you’re understood, welcomed and celebrated. Inclusivity isn't a bandwagon we just jumped on or an update we recently made to boost our traffic.

As a le***an running this shop alongside my bisexual wife, this isn't a marketing angle for us, it’s our actual, messy, beautiful, lived reality.

In Astrid’s culture, calling family friends "auntie" or "uncle" is a tradition of respect, love and belonging. We wanted to carry that tradition forward because as older g**s, it is exactly what we do.
