We’re recruiting Support Workers to support children and young adults in the Redditch area, with weekday, school-hours friendly shifts.

💷 £13.00–£14.50 per hour
📍 Redditch | Monday–Friday

🕒 Shifts available:
✔ Mornings: 7:30am – 10:00am
✔ Evenings: 5:00pm – 8:00pm or 6:00pm – 9:00pm
✔ Additional hours available
✔ Consistent weekday rotas

It has come to our attention that individuals are being targeted by scammers falsely claiming to represent Doves Care & Support Ltd, using unofficial email addresses such as [email protected].
These scammers are offering fake job opportunities and requesting payment – in some cases up to £2,000 – for job sponsorship or processing fees.
❌ Please be aware:
We do NOT charge any fees for job applications, interviews, or sponsorship.
All our communication is sent from official company email addresses ending in .net – not from free domains such as .com.
We will never offer jobs or sponsorship without a formal interview process.
✅ If you are approached or have made a payment:
Do not respond to any further communication.
Report the scam to Action Fraud UK immediately: www.actionfraud.police.uk
Contact your bank to report the fraud and seek urgent advice.
