Once upon a challenging journey. in 2000, I decided to embark on daily gratitude practice. Picture this: the trail ahead was unknown, filled with twists and turns. I did not know where the daily gratitude practice was going to take me. Each day, I took a step, not knowing what lay around the bend.

As I began, it felt like climbing a steep incline. The weight of life's challenges pulling me down, like a backpack filled with rocks. But I persevered, acknowledging the small victories, the wildflowers on the side of the path, and the warm sunlight breaking through the canopy. The growing length of times of happiness in my days.

There were days when the weather conditions were tough, mirroring life's storms. Yet, I found shelter in logging what I was grateful for, a sturdy tree providing cover amidst the rain. A moment when I could be strong. And just like that, I learned to dance in the downpour of positivity.

The surface conditions of my journey varied—a mix of smooth paths and rocky terrain. But with each step, I discovered that even the stumbling blocks had a purpose. They taught me resilience and the art of picking myself up.

One day, I stumbled upon a quote that resonated: "Gratitude turns what we have into enough." It was a revelation. My perspective shifted, and the weight in my backpack lightened. I started to sprint through the meadows of thankfulness, feeling the wind of appreciation against my face.

Through the highs and lows, I realized the immense power of gratitude. It wasn't just a daily routine; it became my companion, a fellow traveler on this unpredictable journey called life. The more I expressed gratitude, the more I noticed the breathtaking views along the way—the silver lining in every cloud.

In the end, my daily gratitude practice has become the compass guiding me. It is not about reaching a specific summit but embracing the peaks and valleys with a heart full of appreciation. So, there I was, navigating the peaks and valleys of life, when I stumbled upon inspiration. Amid the chaotic schedule of coaching sessions as The Wellbeing Sherpa and guiding the members in the Unstoppable Wellbeing Academy, I was witnessing the profound impact of investing just 30 minutes a day in personal wellbeing.

It hit me like a bolt – dedicating time to holistic health is not just a luxury; it is a necessity. I felt the surge of energy and focus, like finding a shortcut that led to a more efficient and revitalized version of ourselves.

Sometimes, when I say that I am an online Heaoth snd Wellbeing Mentor and Coach, I am asked how my clients are able to stay motivated and perform exercises correctly when I am not there with them in the room.

My answer is, "I am meticulous at demonstrating and explaining correct technique so that clients not only perform exercises correctly and safely, but they also achieve their results quicker. After all, poor form leads to poor results. While good form leads to good results. And this is something that I am passionate about helping my clients achieve.

💡I have spent some of my time this week with a fellow women entrepreneur, completing loads of tasks and brainstorming. I love working with someone else, because we can learn a lot from hearing other peoples perspectives, ideas, suggestions and shared common ground. We laugh at our never ending to-do-list and the millions of ideas whizzing through our heads. But we are keeping each other on track, as well as keeping each other accountable for what we agreed that we would set out to achieve during our time together..... as well as going activities that give us a break from it being all things business.

Now I do not just have accountability with a fellow business owner. I also have a responsibility to those I serve.
