💫 Day 1 of our online training for ‘Post Surgical Management’.

Monday, I’m at the ABS (Association Breast Surgery) conference in Glasgow, with 3 poster abstracts- one of them is again ‘mindset- ignoring the negative voice in your head and reducing nurse suicide’

👍 We’ve just completed our ‘first ever’ lymphoedema Industry’ training. ‘Understanding Lymphoedema; Treatment principles for industry professionals’.
👍 Aimed to equip industry professionals with improved knowledge and understanding to support clinicians better 🧦 💫

✍🏻 Time to commit… time to raise the profile of Lipoedema care (yes we need it for lymphoedema too)
Please sign and share if you’ve not already (3500 signatures still to go) ✍🏻

We ask the Government review the NHS approach to diagnosis, referral and treatment of lipoedema. This should include GP training, access to conservative treatments, and clear pathways to specialist care.

Oh no… we missed the The British Lymphology Society abstract deadline this year… too much to do, 😃🤦🏻‍♀️ and so much to talk about to improve lymphatic care

👍Roll on the ILF International Lymphoedema Framework and Canada to discuss it there!
