🚶‍♀️ OUR NEXT COMMUNITY WALK! 🚶‍♂️

We were so pleased with how well our last community walk went, and we’d love to see even more friendly faces join us for the next one! ❤️

📅 Saturday 12th September
📍 Meet outside Stalham Community Gym
⏰ 9:45am meet | 10:00am set off
🥾 3.75 mile route

Our community walks are completely FREE and open to everyone — you don’t need to be a gym member to take part!

Bring the whole family, enjoy a chat, get some fresh air and meet other people from our local community. 💪❤️

☕ And afterwards, join us back at the gym for refreshments! We’d love to have a cuppa and a catch-up with you.

🐶 Dogs are welcome on the walk! Please remember that, due to the Recreation Ground rules, dogs can be on the car park area, but they cannot go onto the field or inside the gym.

So grab your walking shoes, bring your family and friends, and come along! We can’t wait to see you. ❤️

🎅🎄 MORE EXCITING NEWS! OUR FIRST EVER STALHAM SANTA RUN! 🎄🎅

We are SO excited to announce that Stalham Community Gym is bringing its very first Santa Run 5K to Stalham! ❤️

And what better time to do it than alongside Stalham Town Council’s brilliant Sparkle in Stalham event on the evening of Friday 27th November! ✨

The first male and first female over the finish line will have the honour of turning on the high street's amazing Christmas lights! 🤩

Get your Santa hats ready, grab your friends and family, and save the date for what promises to be a fantastic festive evening for our community. 🎅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

More details, including how to take part, will be coming very soon!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Stalham Community Walk this morning! 🥾🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

We were so pleased to see so many of you there — what a fantastic turnout! It was certainly a warm one ☀️, but it was brilliant to see everyone getting out, getting moving and enjoying the walk together.

It was especially lovely to meet some new faces and see people from all different ages and backgrounds coming together as a community. ❤️

🚶‍♀️🌳 REMINDER: OUR FIRST COMMUNITY WALK IS THIS SATURDAY! 🌳🚶‍♂️

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to our first Stalham Community Walk this Saturday! ❤️

📍 Meet: Outside Stalham Community Gym for 9.45am
🥾 Set off: 10am
📏 Route: 3.5 mile circular walk
☕ Finish: Back at the gym for refreshments, a cuppa and a chat!

The weather is looking lovely and sunny ☀️, so please remember to bring water, suncream and anything else you might need to stay comfortable.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All ages are welcome! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

🐶 Dogs are very welcome to join us on the walk too! Please note that, due to the Recreation Ground rules, dogs can only be on the car park and unfortunately cannot enter the gym or go onto the playing field.

It’s completely free, you don’t need to be a gym member, and we’d love to see as many people as possible come along. Whether you’re a regular walker or just fancy getting out, getting active and meeting some people from the community, you’ll be very welcome! ❤️

We're at Tesco Stalham today with our amazing members taking on a cycling challenge to keep our exercise bike moving and raise funds and awareness for Stalham Community Gym!

If you're popping in to do your shopping, we'd love for you to stop by, cheer everyone on, have a chat about what we do, and if you're able, make a donation – every penny really does make a difference.

As a not-for-profit charity, we rely on fundraising and the generosity of our community to help us continue providing affordable, inclusive health and wellbeing opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Your support helps keep our doors open and allows us to continue making a positive difference in our community.

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be bringing monthly community walks to Stalham, giving everyone the opportunity to get active, meet new people and enjoy the great outdoors together.

Our first walk will take place on Saturday 8th August at 10:00am and will be a 4-mile circular route, starting and finishing at Stalham Recreation Ground.
