Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.
Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

Well, none us go to group to gain weight, however, life happens, it gets in the way - we go on holiday, we have a few extras 🫣 ….etc etc - and the one thing I can honestly say in my sessions is, there’s zero judgement with any gain!!! I ask my members to always walk through the door with their head high, they are already winning by doing that, hiding from it never ends well! So on that, our joint weight losses weren’t great this week, however, Tuesday morning still had a great Slimmer of the week, 3rd week running she’s scooped that!
Sue got her first half stone award - done by changing her mindset massively for this journey!
And then Carol, joined on the 12 week GP referral system and has lost 2 stone on it !!!!

Super well done to you!!!!!

Proud of every single one of my members, they turn up each week and keep trying to be healthier, better versions of themselves!!!

It was a half a stone award day in our Tuesday group this week !!

Not 1 not 2 - but 3 half stone awards were achieved!!!

I’m super proud of these lovely ladies, the start of things to come!!!

Huge congrats to our lovely Karen P.

She is absolutely smashing this journey - she lost an amazing 7.5lbs her first week and got her half stone award!!
Then went onto lose 4.5lbs and was our Slimmer of the Week….and this week, she’s lost another 4lb and scooped Slimmer of the Week for the second week on the trot, but also achieved her 1 stone award and got into her second new stone zone!!!!

We are chuffed to bits for her!!!
