Total freezer lifesavers for those busy days! I always make sure I’ve got the tikka masala and the lasagne stocked up and ready to go 😍.

This week we celebrated the 25th anniversary of Slimming World on Referral with a special event at head office ❤️! For those not in the know, Slimming World on Referral is a commissioned service in participating areas that allows healthcare providers to refer patients for weight management support 🤗.

As part of the day, we welcomed academics, healthcare experts and Slimming World members to celebrate the life-changing impact that Slimming World on Referral has had, before discussing what the next 25 years of weight management support might look like – and how we’re excited to be a part of that conversation 🤗.

Can anything beat a cuppa and a piece of cake 🍰?!
