Living in Balance & Harmony
How easy do you find it to slow down, relax and switch off at the moment? If the answer to that question is not very easy at all, then you are in good company. Many people are finding the same thing and this is not particularly surprising when you consider the somewhat frantic speed of everyday life these days.
When you add to this the fact that the speed of inner change and transformation has also become faster and more insistent you get another perspective on why from time to time, you might find yourself feeling unusually frazzled, frayed at the edges, wound up, tense and unable to relax.
Feeling in any of these states is a reminder to us that we have lost the equilibrium of the point of balance and harmony within ourselves and we just need to breath, step back and reevaluate what is going on for us.
We live in interesting times, to say the very least. Humanity is currently learning how to navigate the transition between the 3rd and 5th dimensions that we are all currently experiencing. Rather like a caterpillar changing into a butterfly within its chrysalis, we are experiencing the disintegration of the old alongside a rebirth into a new energy flow.
However, unlike the caterpillar we are not doing this in a chrysalis, we are doing it while we continue to live out our everyday lives with everything changing within and around us. This requires us to stay awake and aware and to keep up with the continually shifting flow of change, including our own point of stability, harmony & balance within.
Allowing the Flow of Change
Unconscious resistance to the flow of change is the number one suspect when it comes to a loss of internal harmony and equilibrium. The energies are asking us to change. They are constantly reminding us that we need to adjust how we see the world because things work differently in 5D, than they do in 3D.
Currently and somewhat uncomfortably we often have one foot in the old and the other in the new as we learn how to navigate the new energy flow and its expanded opportunities.
It will help greatly to remember that our everyday mind does not contain the reference points necessary to help us with this on its own. We also need to allow input from the more expansive perspective of the heart and higher mind which do know how to navigate successfully in the new energies.

This is where our new point of balance, calm and stability will be found, allowing us to relax, unwind and explore new possibilities.
However, we are all dealing with some very old ingrained and well learned patterns which have taught us to look primarily to the outer world for our information, stability and wellbeing.
Everything that we have learned in the western world is based on this pattern of living, regardless of the fact that it is not particularly healthy or balanced. We have been encouraged to try hard, push ourselves, override our inner knowing and fit into the ‘boxes’ of what has been considered ‘normal’.
Fear is a very pervasive energy in all of this, underpinning the old patterning and until very recently succeeding in keeping everything nicely in place. This is what the everyday mind understands and what it is programmed with to keep us ‘safe’, so it is not surprising that we might encounter some internal resistance to change if we use it as the only reference point to understand what is going on for us.
When you find yourself feeling unduly wound up, tense and unable to relax, just take a breath or two, move back inside yourself, engage with the heart, ground yourself into the Earth, slow down and notice where your mind has taken you to.

Managing Energetic Intensity
The cosmic energy flow is currently filled with high frequency light, and evolutionary codes which are awakening our consciousness and promoting change. This is exciting but it is worth keeping in mind that they also have to be integrated at every level of our being, including within the physical body.
This process can either leave us feeling very tired or it can temporarily wind up the nervous system, making it more difficult to relax and slow down. We have also been receiving a large number of extremely powerful solar flares lately, which again carry beneficial light codes that can have the effect of exciting our metabolism and make us feel temporarily whizzy and on edge.
If you are someone who already tends to get tense and easily wound up, carries patterns that might drive you to overwork, does not have a good grounding practice or simply does not take enough time out to slow down and connect with yourself on a regular basis you may find that you are feeling more than usually uncomfortable in the current energetic climate.
In this situation be kind to yourself and remember to take some nice deep breaths, activate your grounding mechanism until you can feel the connection you have with Mother Earth more strongly and then move your awareness into your heart. Keep breathing deeply and slowly and remind your body that all is well and that it is OK to relax and slow down.
Allow the tension, discomfort, and over stimulation to move through you into the Earth for transformation. Notice if there are any particular thoughts and feelings that accompany this state for you so that you can make any necessary adjustments to move back into greater balance, harmony & equilibrium.
