Is everything feeling a bit much at the moment?

You’re tired. Your head’s full. There’s always something that needs doing, someone who needs something from you, or something else to think about.

And somehow, time for yourself keeps ending up at the bottom of the list.

I’ve opened 5 Reiki Reset appointments over the next couple of weeks.

✨ A full 60-minute Reiki session
✨ Time to chat before and after
✨ A space to relax and unwind
✨ Absolutely no experience of Reiki needed

£40 per session

You absolutely don’t have to be at breaking point to give yourself a little time out.

Good morning!

Unfortunately, I won’t be at Seaham again today because my market car is still on the drive waiting for the clutch to be fixed. It should be hopefully done in time for next Friday. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

On Saturday though, I do have the use of a car that fits my gazebo in! So, I’ll be at Manor Walks as usual with my usual goodies plus new journal charms and pocket hugs. If I get time today, there may also be some crystal bookmarks 🦋💖
