Each Step has been tailored to help you reach your goals & fits in with your life.

There are 6 Steps, but they're not linear, so you can dance through them, or step past them!

Step 1
This Step will help you lose weight quickly and effectively. If you choose this Step, you replace all your everyday food with our nutritionally complete meal replacement products - there's a huge range to choose from. There's no meal planning or visits to the supermarket needed - just pick three (Step 1A) or four products (Step 1B) per day!

Step 2
Enjoy three products a day as well as a healthy meal of your choice. You can plan this meal yourself or you could also choose from our range of yummy Step Up Meals®.

Step 3
There's even more flexibility here - choose two products as well as a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner or alternatively you can save your 600 calories for 1 meal E.g. product for breakfast & lunch then 600 calorie meal at night - this is particularly a good idea if you have a social event!! For some recipe inspiration, check out our blog, there is also Facebook groups filled with recipes ideas

Step 4
If you're active (with a busy life, hectic job or you're a gym bunny) then a few more calories might be just what you need. Here you'll continue to have a couple of products, your lunch and dinner, plus an additional snack - yippee!

Step 5
This Step is super important - it'll teach you portion control and how to make the right food choices to help maintain your weight. You'll continue to cook your food in a healthy way whilst still having one of our delicious products throughout the day.

Step 6
This Step is all about maintenance. Your Consultant will still be there with you, even with your new healthy and active lifestyle. You may need a pep talk every now and again, and a reminder of how far you've come and how brilliant you are! It's always a good idea to keep a product on you, a bar in your bag or a pack of bites in your drawer so you always have something to hand. Yay to the new you!!

Feeling annoyed at myself because feel like everytime I make progress, I self sabotage… obviously there’s always an excuse like this time it was my holiday to Italy being cancelled 3hrs before take off so I went off the rails with pizza, pasta, Prosecco etc…

So this little post is to remind myself how far I’ve come & to give myself a kick up the 🍑 that I don’t want to go back the way!!

Day 4 today & the sore heads are gone 🙌🏼

I’m going to do my first weigh in on Sunday morning, after just 5 days, I’m hoping for -5lbs (that’ll get me back to -2st off) but to be honest I will be happy with any loss 😁 I’m already feeling less bloated & sluggish 🙌🏼

My water intake hasn’t been the best, so need to focus on that more 💦

Full disclosure I’m out on Sunday for brunch but I’m going to make good choices & only have brunch off plan, not full day/week/month like I usually do 😂🫣

Oh where do I begin 🫣

Anyone who’s been following me for a while will know I started 15st 9lbs, got to 13st 9lbs, became a consultant & my journey just came to a halt 🥺 I blamed being too busy with my full time job, Uni, consultanting, lockdown… you name it, I blamed it 😂😂 but reality is, I just take things too far, take my birthday (18th April) I went to Edinburgh, night out here, Manchester for the weekend, theatre, uncountable amounts of dinners, brunches, alcohol, treats… I do have more days to celebrate my birthday than the Queen 👸🏽

And I’m not even done, I’ve more planned 🫣🫣🫣

When I stood on the scales this morning, I was shocked, 1 that I promised myself I would never go into the 14s again & 2 that I’m so lucky it wasn’t much more with the last month of acting like I’m on an all inclusive holiday lol.

So I’ve got just short of 6 weeks till my holiday, nothing is going to fit me if I don’t stop & take action now… so here goes!!!

By my holiday I want to have completely filled that 👙 plaque!! I’ve got my water bottle to keep me on target & I’ve planned out my meals, so here goes! First week is only 5 days but I want at least 5lbs off to get me back to my 2 stone loss 🤞🏼🤞🏼
