Meet the team - Sofia

We’re delighted to welcome Sofia to our Saturday 8am schedule with her immersive, voice-led Sound Journey.

A Specialist Nurse and postgraduate in the Neuroscience of Music, Sofia blends science, voice and healing artistry with rare depth. She is a trained singer and accredited sound healer, bringing both clinical understanding and intuitive presence to every session.

Each class begins with a gentle guided meditation before you’re immersed in layered live vocals, crystal and frosted singing bowls and soothing natural soundscapes. This voice-led sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and restore inner balance.

Perfect for anyone wanting to start their weekend feeling grounded, uplifted and reset. This is your space to pause, breathe and realign.
