A common question is how do brows look after time?

The answer is… it varies from person to person and artist to artist.

Clients 👉🏼 Depending on the skin type, medical conditions, UV exposure, facial product usage, age… Are all have varying factors in the longevity of a tattoo.

Technicians 👉🏼 we are not all the same, nor are the products we use. The pigment, implantation method, machine and needles all impact and determine the longevity of a tattoo.

These brows had healed a lightened in the skin well, so they just needed a little warmth added to revitalise the brown, warmer tones.

Coverups are do able IF… 👇🏼

1️⃣ The technician is happy to work over old ink and is experienced at doing so.

2️⃣ The old pigment has faded enough to cover

3️⃣ The client understands that what they now want may be unachievable.

4️⃣The old pigment may still be visible under the new one.

5️⃣ Removal by either laser and / or saline should be considered first before covering old work if a client is too saturated, unhappy with their current shape or dislikes the colour.
