To clean all communal areas in multi occupied accommodation as per cleaning specification



• To dispose of domestic refuse where applicable



• To clean and make ready for occupation vacant rooms, flats or houses as per cleaning specification as and when requested



• To clean designated occupied flats as per cleaning specification where applicable



• To clean all sanitary ware where applicable



• To clean the Accommodation Office as per specification as and when required



• Bed making, where applicable as and when requested



• Assist in the laundering of bed linen and other items as required



• Keep store cupboards and trollies safe and tidy



• To have a clean and tidy appearance in line with Group Policies



• To minimise expenditure by careful usage of all chemicals and cleaning products



• Reporting of maintenance issues or problems to the Accommodation Office



• Working on weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis
