A team of professionals are on hand to help you every step of the way. We provide lifestyle support for you and your family including mental health, physical activity, weight management, breastfeeding, parenting skills, coping with cancer, Carers and smoking cessation. We can provide free access to information on health and wellbeing subjects including Diabetes, Back Care, Sexual Health, MacMillan, Family and Children matters.

THE MEN’S CLUB IS BACK! 💙

Are you 18 or over? Then come along — we’d love to see you! 👋

Join us for 4 weeks of friendly, informal sessions where we’ll chat about health, wellbeing and practical ways to feel better, both physically and mentally.

Over the four weeks, we’ll cover:

🧠 Mental health – recognising the signs of poor mental health and ways to cope

🚭 Stopping smoking – advice, support and tips to help you quit

🥗 Healthy eating & weight management – what foods to eat more of and what to cut back on to improve your

🚶 Being more active – why staying active is important and simple ways to get moving

😴 Sleep & relaxation – learn relaxation techniques to help improve sleep and support your mental wellbeing

It’s a great opportunity to learn, chat, meet new people and focus on your health

Join us for a friendly and supportive Menopause Support Workshop, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about:

✨ Common symptoms and how they can affect you.
✨ How nutrition and exercise can help.
✨ Lifestyle changes to support your wellbeing.

UPDATED: All Walks cancelled to include Friday 26th June.
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has issued a red heat-health alert (HHA) for 6 regions of England. The South East is affected and will be under a red heat-health alert from 1am on Wednesday 24 June until 11pm on Thursday 25 June.
In light of the extreme weather warnings Hertfordshire Health Walks have made the decision to cancel ALL Health Walks taking place on Wednesday 24th June, Thursday 25th June and Friday 26th June (24th/25th/26th June 2026).
We look forward to you joining us on a walk again soon.
