What a day yesterday was, the first Imperium Lux community event and it was such a success, 30 women together in a heartfelt room sharing authenticity, success, and challenges.

Someone asked me at the event yesterday was had been my favourite part and honestly at one point in the day I look in to the room and seen so many high achieving women just dancing 💃 away during the day and living their best lives on a Sunday.

This was a tiny vision in my mind last year brought to full reality yesterday and I could not be happier 🥂. Thanks to all the vendors who made it a success with me and for hosting us.

I can't promise this is the last of the Paris 🇫🇷 spam but I promise it is Imperium Lux related ssshhhhh 🤫 What is to come for this redirection is something that is unique to Glasgow in my world 🌎 of mindset coaching. Everything I teach is all based on the concept of Mindfulness based CBT but in aesthetic and quirky environments which is on brand for me personally. I can't wait to take you on this Imperium Lux journey and next week I will be realising my Parisian inspired 🇫🇷 event planned for June.
