Don't be sad about the end of summer, this ritual Saltdean Lido Sauna will celebrate the seasons final glow. Three rounds of Aufguss with essential oil blends to help you to reflect on summers memories & move into the new season. The evening will start with juice shots & will also include natural body scrubs, all set to a beautiful soundtrack.

The final Full Moon sauna of the season in the beautiful woodland spa - ice, balls, essential oils, juices, scrubs & plenty of time to chill in the hammock around the campfire.
