I think it’s true for many of us. We just don’t realise, or want to acknowledge, those stress symptoms. So whatever you call those feeling, symptoms or difficult thoughts, it might be time to have a chat with someone.

Something is coming.

And it is not a therapy weekend.

It is not a couples retreat.

It is not a workshop where you sit across from each other in uncomfortable chairs and talk about your feelings while someone takes notes.

It is a night away.

A proper one.

For the two of you.

Retune: The Undrift is a new overnight experience from Thinking Room — designed for couples who are doing well, have noticed the drift, and have decided to do something about it.

A spa treatment.

A beautiful venue.

Dinner.

And a structured day of genuinely useful work facilitated by two experienced hypnotherapists — Liz McConnell and Anne Thornton-Patterson.

You don't need to start again.

You just need to retune.

Full details coming very soon.

If you want to be first to hear, drop a comment below or send me a message and I'll make sure you're on the list.

And if you know a couple this is right for — please share. The right people are often not the ones who see it first.

Not a therapy person?

Neither are most of the people I work with.

They're not falling apart. They're just finding things harder than they used to — and they've got to a point where doing nothing about it doesn't feel right anymore.

That's usually when people find me.

And it's a perfectly good place to start.
