This week we had our final Women’s Wellbeing session, focused on self-care techniques.
We began with some gentle movement to help everyone relax and feel grounded, before moving into self-massage techniques to release tension and stress, and give our bodies the care and attention they deserve 🤍
This included using myofascial release balls, which were a big hit and brought plenty of smiles and laughter 😃
We ended with a deeply relaxing sound bath, leaving everyone feeling calm and restored.
The feedback was that this was everyones favourite session from the 8 weeks.
The teddys loved it to 🐻🤣
The good news is that we are able to continue our sessions for a few more weeks.
