The Body That Keeps Changing
By the time you reach the end of pregnancy, your body will have changed in ways you never imagined. Pregnancy yoga is designed to move with every single stage of that.
In the first trimester, it’s often about gentleness. Managing fatigue, nausea, and the quiet anxiety of early pregnancy. Creating space to breathe when everything feels uncertain. (This is where I offer 1-2-1 support)
In the second, (this is when you can come to class) energy often returns and we can work more deeply — building strength in the glutes, back, and pelvic floor. Supporting that growing bump. Finding length and space in a body that’s starting to feel the pressure.
In the third, it shifts again. (This is when you are ready for adaptations) Comfort becomes key. Positions that ease pelvic girdle pain. Breathing techniques that calm the nervous system. Preparing the mind and body for what’s ahead.
No two pregnancies are the same. No two bodies are the same. That’s why every class is adaptable, inclusive, and led with care.
