One pod, two pods or four? Before you choose a Combo, answer one question: how many areas do you want to treat at the same time?

Every model gives you the same core system: 18 programmes across wireless TENS, EMS and massage. The difference is how many pods you can control.

- Combo 1: One pod for one treatment area at a time.
- Combo 2: Two independently controlled pods, allowing you to use different programmes on two areas at once.
- Combo 4: Four independently controlled pods for greater coverage or several treatment areas at the same time.

In this video, Sarah also shows you exactly what to do once you open the box: charge the remote and pods, connect the magnetic electrode, position the pad, choose a programme, adjust the intensity and store the pads correctly afterwards. She also covers the safety information you need to know before your first session.

New to TENS? Start with Programme 1 and increase the intensity gradually until you reach a strong but comfortable sensation.
