It was such a pleasure to host last Friday's Women's Circle!! 😃 A big thank you to the ladies who joined me 💖

A evening of bonding, connecting, sharing and laughing with truly genuine, kind souls...with no judgement.

Just a group of women, here to gather, share, heal and step into their power.

We gathered in sacred Circle within the Spring Energy to celebrate ourselves, focus on new beginnings and restore balance together.

We grounded ourselves.

Connected with Cacao Spirit to open our heart and allow ourselves to receive.

Shared a powerful ritual to release, clear stagnant energy and cut attachment to what no longer serves us.

To make space to bring in what our heart most desires.

To make space for new opportunities.

Reflected. Set new intentions and realigned with what truly matters.

We finished the session feeling lighter, uplifted, connected and more aligned.

Looking forward to be hosting the next one and create meaningful spaces for women to be heard and seen🙏💖🌳

1 year ago I found myself in this magical place that is the North of Tenerife....A solo adventure in...

Wild, Untamed,
Rugged Landscapes,
Luxuriant Vegetation,
Crashing Waves and...

Pure Silence.

Pure Freedom.

Just at one with the Elements:
The Rain
The Sun
The Wind
The Sand and The Earth

Just me. My Soul. Physical body and Spirit

It doesnt have to be a week or wkd but making time to place even a full day of adventure is the best way to reset our nervous system and feel refreshed.

It's about the not knowing what will come next or what you are going to experience/see on the day... even just for a short time...it is sooo good for the soul.

These videos and memories make me happy, so I decided to share.

If you ever thought of Tenerife as an overly touristy place, let's say there is sooo much more to it!!

I am considering planning an adventure Kundalini Yoga retreat to these beautiful parts of the world, total immersion in nature 🌳🌿 and by the sea for a full soul reset!! 🌊
