This morning, while driving to work, I saw a beautiful young fox lying in the middle of the road. Sadly, it had passed away. 😢🦊
I couldn’t leave the little one there, so I stopped, wrapped it completely in my red checked blanket and gently carried it onto the pavement. I said goodbye and hoped that it hadn’t suffered.
Foxes form close family bonds. Although we cannot know exactly what they feel, they may search, call or behave differently when one of their family members does not return. That thought has stayed with me all day. ❤️
When I drove past later, both the fox and my blanket had gone. I hope somebody kind came along and made sure the little fox was treated with dignity.
Please be mindful of our beautiful wildlife when driving, especially in the early morning and at night. They have families too.
Rest peacefully, little fox. 🌈🦊❤️

🌿 RESET MONDAY 🌿
Yesterday, three beautiful souls joined us for three hours of peace, healing and connection.
The number may have been small, but the experience was powerful. It reminded me that success is not always measured by how many people enter the room—it is measured by how those people feel when they leave. 💚
During the afternoon, we shared sound healing, cacao, journalling, card guidance and gentle Reiki energy. It was a safe space where everyone could pause, breathe and simply receive.
This photograph captures me doing what I truly love—offering healing from my heart and helping another person find a moment of calm and balance. 🦋
As a new week begins, perhaps this is your reminder that you deserve that moment too.

Today is a gentle reminder that not everyday is for doing 🫶

Some days are for resting Some days are for reflection,Some days are for simply being.💚

Take a moment to look back on your week ,and acknowledge how far you have come🫶

Celebrate the small wins, Lessons learned & the strenght you have shown along the way.🤗

Allow yourself permission to slow down,Rest is not something we earn,its something we need.😌

's Healing Space 💚

On Thursday i have 2 spaces left .

At times life can life the best of us.

After a dear friend/coach of mine took his own life last October,i began to look at myself so differently.

Before this happened i was struggling with an age thing,( like we do).😊
Then suddenly this didnt matter,what i find matters is the fact that no matter how young or older we are life will eventually life us.

When i had my shop in Davenport i loved to see the difference i made in my clients life,why because i listened,Always a cup of tea and a biscuit on hand.My Therapy bed incase some healing was needed.My Reiki Share Tuesday when my lovely group of ladies came together.

Then my coach suddenly took his own life.💔

This competely knocked me of balance.

So sometimes when you feel you have no answeres,nowhere to ease this pain,no one that fully understands ,i am here in a Comfortable & Supported Space for you.

When you have a period of relaxation,reflection,or emotional release,feelings that have crept in,here is a space to process them.💕

from any kind of trauma takes time + patience lots of patience.

This is not an overnight quick fix.

It takes courage to let go of things/ people that no longer align with you .

But Trust me it is so worth the peace, calm, & clarity you feel when you do.

Give yourself permission to want this peace from within.
