There is a reason that our Caffeine Shampoo Bar is the best selling product in our entire range.

Our deodorants and solid perfumes and colognes are right behind it, but we are very happy that our customers can't get enough of our sustainable shampoo!

If you don't have fine or thinning hair, you might want to try our Elderflower, Dandelion or White Willow Bark shampoo bars (Willow Bark is out of stock but will be back very soon) all of which brings benefits to different hair types/issues.

Here is our chief product maker Caroline looking pleased after creating a fresh batch of Aventus deodorant.

All of our deodorants are handmade, plastic-free, toxin-free, and they smell absolutely fantastic. Our inspired range is based on the world’s leading perfumes, and they are identical in scent but made from organic ingredients. So if you want to give off a luxurious and familiar scent all day long, it might be time to give them a try!

Simple, straight to the point, and quite obviously true. When you consider that less than 10% of all plastics dropped in recycling bins actually get recycled, it's hard to comprehend how much waste there really is.

Around 75% of plastics produced worldwide are thermoplastics. These could be melted and molded repeatedly to produce new plastics, which makes all thermoplastics recyclable. However, it doesn't seem possible that recycling facilities have the resources and time to keep up with the amount of plastics put their way, and plastic creation just keeps on rolling.

The remaining 25% of plastics are thermoset plastics. These don't soften when exposed to heat, so they won't be recycled. The only solution, it seems, is for the consumer to vote with their choices.

Solid perfumes are increasingly popular, and with good reason. Lavandi has been making them for several years, so we're pleased to see them becoming widely accepted. It's a good indicator that people are more interested in sustainability, and healthier options in general.

But is solid perfume truly better than spray perfume? And if so, why? You may be surprised to discover some of the reasons that solid trumps spray. Health and sustainability are our top two.
