I’m Tom, and first and foremost, I’m a member too.

I’ve lost over 5½ stone myself, so I know exactly what it’s like to have amazing weeks, difficult weeks, and moments when life just gets in the way! I’m right there walking right alongside you (not in a creepy way 😂).

Our High Lane group is a very special place. It’s full of kind, compassionate, funny and joyful people who genuinely get it. We’re all in it together; we pick each other up when things are tough and celebrate every success like England have just won the World Cup! 🏆

Whether you’ve done Slimming World before, tried every diet under the sun, are taking weight-loss medication, or you’re just thinking about making a change, you’ll be welcomed with a brew, a smile and absolutely no judgement.
