When Andy contacted Starkey, we realised this was more than a hearing aid repair, it was about helping one family stay connected when it mattered most. 💙

When Andy Sinclair’s 97-year-old mum was receiving end-of-life care, her Starkey hearing aids became damaged, making meaningful conversations with her loved ones almost impossible.

After Andy contacted Starkey, Alex in our Technical Support team arranged for the hearing aid to be checked and repaired as a priority. Within days, it was back with Andy’s mum at the hospice, helping her communicate more comfortably with those around her during her final days.

Ella Keyte is one of our Starkey hearing aid wearers and is currently training hard for the incredible challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro! 💪🏔️

Ella is taking on the climb to raise vital funds for Meningitis Research Foundation. Her preparations are well underway with regular gym sessions to build the strength and endurance.

We’re proud to support Ella with her Omega AI hearing aids and all the accessories she needs for training and to get her through the climb!

With 51 hours of battery life they'll keep her connected to her team and she has the chargers to keep her going throughout the trek.
