This space allows time for self realisations empowering you to enable you understand your body energetically and to empower you to find and gain clarity in life , taking away with you self care tools to be able to connect back In with and inspire you to invite in more of a daily practice afterwards
3 hour session will include cacao and intention setting, breathwork or gentle pranayama, mantra ,movement or gentle yoga, crystal healing, alchemy sound healing, reiki or a therapeutic touch massage - your body will tell you what it needs and will be intuitively led
