Next week, we are hosting our Let's Talk Diabetes Drop-In Session offering free advice, information, and support from a range of local organisations and services.

Whether you're living with diabetes, recently diagnosed, pre-diabetic, or supporting someone who is, you're welcome to come along for a friendly chat and find out what support is available to help you manage your health and wellbeing.

🌿 Meet the Team Jane

Jane runs Healing Share Course , delivering 5-week blocks of wellbeing classes designed to support relaxation, wellbeing, and personal development.

πŸ’œ She also provides one-to-one therapies through referral from The Hub, including:

* Reiki
* Meditation
* Relaxation sessions

These can be accessed via the Wellbeing Hub referral process.

🌟 There are no specific requirements to join the wellbeing classes, and everyone is welcome.

🏑 Jane is currently running a Healing Share wellbeing course in the Activity Room at The Hub, which is due to finish in two weeks' time.

The next course will start on Monday 12th October and will run every Monday from 10:00am to 11:30am in the Activity Room at The Hub

There are still people in our community who don’t know the Wellbeing Hub is here or what support we offer.

We are a free, open-access wellbeing and mental health drop-in service for Stockton-on-Tees residents aged 18+. No appointment is needed just come in and have a chat.

While we’re not a crisis service, we’re here to provide early support, connection and a safe space when you need it.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, need someone to talk to, or would like advice and guidance, our friendly team is here to listen and help you find the right support.

Please help us spread the word increasing awareness means more people can access support before things become too difficult.
