This coming week has been fully booked for around 2 months, so it’s frustrating when appointments that have been reserved for so long are cancelled at the last minute. 3 now in 2 days. When a slot is held for months, it means someone else has missed the chance to book it.

I completely understand that things happen and 90% of my clients are amazing, supportive and respectful of my time – and I’m really grateful for that. 🙏

However, last-minute cancellations (even with deposits) make it really difficult to run a small business and keep things fair for everyone who’s waiting for appointments.

Going forward I’ll be tightening up my cancellation policy, as my time is limited and demand is high. I hope everyone understands this is simply about protecting my business and making sure appointments go to people who genuinely want them.

If you’d like one of the 3 available slots that have come available this week, please message me to book. After this week we are booking into late April/early may. 50% deposit now required upon booking no questions. It’s the minority ruining it for the majority im afraid.

Thank you to the 90% of clients who always support my business the messers go mess someone else around as I’m done with the stress of it 🤍 at Classic Ink co.
