We are Slimmers Kitchen - the home of low fat meal prep!

Established in 2018 & based in Eaglescliffe, TS16.
We specialise in home cooked, freshly prepared hearty food. We take traditional flavours & make them healthy living friendly. Perfect for those calorie counting, following well known weight loss or slimming plans & those who just want to enjoy a varied nutritional diet.
All of our meals are made from scratch here at Slimmers Kitchen HQ on your days of delivery. Every ingredient which goes into our meals is fresh & locally sourced. Our local butcher provides us with succulent meats & a local farm sends us weekly fresh vegetable & fruit parcels. Our customers would agree when we say our food isn’t like any other meal prep. We pack as much flavour in all our recipes as possible & love to make them as close to our favourites as we can!

Our menus change weekly to give as much variety as possible & we offer a wide range of cuisines, flavours & delicious desserts to suit all tastes. This ensures you never have the same meal twice - unless you want to of course!

When ordering from us you have three plans to pick from -
• PREP PACK - made up of 10 weekly choices which is 5 lunch options & 5 main options. You can pick any combination of the lunches & mains to make your 10 meals. Breakfasts, snacks & treats are available to add to your order for £2 per portion.
• TAKE CHARGE - 10 weekly choices which is 5 lunch options & 5 main options plus 5 breakfast options. You can pick any combination of the meals to make a bundle which suits your taste.
• FULL WORKS - a specialist high protein package. We provide you with 6 days breakfast, lunch, main meal & snack. Our standard package is based on 1300 calories daily but we do have 1800 & 2300 calorie packages available.
