🌑 New Moon in Aries | 17 April 2026

This New Moon in Aries feels like a quiet but undeniable turning point. The kind where something inside you decides it’s time to begin again not perfectly, not with everything figured out, but with a willingness to move.

Aries is the first spark of the zodiac, and this lunation carries that same energy: direct, instinctive, and ready to go.

Aries energy is ruled by Mars raw, instinctive, alive. Think of this lunation as a cosmic ignition point: where hesitation burns away and courage steps forward. You may feel a restless pull toward change, a desire to act first and figure it out later. Trust that spark, it’s showing you where life wants to move through you.

🍃Seasonal energies & deities

We’re deep in the pulse of spring, a time long associated with rebirth, fertility, and sacred fire.
This Moon resonates with deities like:

• Brigid: goddess of fire, inspiration, and new life
• Eostre: bringer of dawn, renewal, and growth
• Ares/Mars: embodiment of action, courage, and primal drive

This is the season where the earth says yes again, and so can you.

☀️How this New Moon may feel for your Sun sign:

Aries: A personal rebirth. You’re stepping into a new version of yourself. Own it.
Ta**us:A quieter reset. Rest, release, and prepare for your season ahead.
Gemini:New connections or goals emerge. Say yes to collaboration.
Cancer:Career or purpose shifts. You’re being asked to step up.
Leo:Expansion calls. Travel, learning, or a bold new vision.
Virgo:Deep transformation. Let go of control; trust the process.
Libra:Relationship resets. Choose balance, but don’t abandon yourself.
Scorpio:Daily life overhaul. New routines create new energy.
Sagittarius:Creative fire returns. Follow what excites you.
Capricorn :Home and foundations shift. What truly supports you?
Aquarius: New ideas, conversations, or local opportunities ignite.
Pisces: Money, value, and self-worth come into focus. Claim more.

This is your confirmation to begin, imperfectly, bravely, and now.

Lunar Blessings,

The Libra Full Moon| April 2nd | Pink Moon Edition 🌸

Tonight, the Moon glows in Libra, softly illuminating the space between the we and the me, while the Pink Moon brings gentle, blossoming energy to this illumination.

This is a moment to pause and notice where you’ve been giving from love, and where you’ve been giving from habit. Libra reminds us that harmony is sacred, yes: but not when it costs you your voice. You ARE allowed to choose a balance that feels nourishing, mutual, and does not ask you to abandon yourself.

And even still… under this moonshine, some truths land a little sharper:

🙏 If it’s always you reaching out: that’s your answer.
🙏 If you feel drained after giving: that’s your answer.
🙏 If you’re confused: that’s your answer.

Not everything is meant to be worked out all hunky-dorily, some things are meant to be released.

The Pink Moon amplifies this release with a sense of springtime renewal, inviting new growth in your relationships and self-care. Old patterns may rise to the surface (including the ways you relate to yourself) to shake things up, helping you find better balance, clarity, and peace.

A ritual for tonight:

✨ Light a candle.
✨ Write down what you’re ready to release in love: perhaps overgiving, overthinking, overcompensating.
✨ Place your hand on your heart and say with intent:

“May I claim the love that nourishes my soul, may I release the lesser that consumes it.”

✨ Light rose incense and sit in stillness, imagining yourself enveloped by the love of those who cherish you, feeling that energy ripple and weave between you as one.

Under this Pink Full Moon in Libra, allow your heart to shed what no longer serves you, making space for what truly nurtures your soul to blossom.

Lunar Blessings,

Alchemical Update: April | The Fire Takes Form

April feels like the moment after the threshold. March opened the door; April asks you to walk the path. This is where fire becomes form.

We begin fully in Aries energy: raw life force, independence, and identity. You may feel drawn to reclaim your own pace, voice, and choices. But remember, Aries isn’t just action; it’s who you are when you stop negotiating yourself to be more palatable.

🌕 Libra Full Moon April 2nd

The mirror rises. Libra asks: “How do I meet others without losing myself?”

Notice:
Where you’ve been over-giving
Where you’ve been holding back truth
Where harmony has come at the cost of authenticity

Let this be an adjustment, not a rupture. Old patterns may surface, especially how you relate to yourself, to help restore balance, clarity, and peace.

💖 Pink Moon energy adds gentle renewal, inviting growth and blossoming in your relationships and self-care.

🌱 Beltane & Ta**us Energy

As April moves on, the energy shifts: fertile, creative, embodied. Life is expressing itself through body, pleasure, and grounded presence.

Later, the New Moon in Ta**us slows the pace. Ask yourself:
What am I ready to commit to?
What feels truly nourishing, not just exciting?
Where do I need stability, not stimulation?

April guides you from spark to flame towards steady fire.

✨ Working with April Deities

April blends fire and earth, initiation and embodiment. You might feel drawn to:
Brigid: guiding creative spark into expression
Aries: aligned deities: Ares, Sekhmet: sovereignty, courage, clarity
Aphrodite: beauty, desire, worth
Gaia or Demeter: grounding, anchoring growth, nurturing

Notice who feels present, and who feels like encouragement

🔥 Embodiment & Reflection

April is about:
Acting on last month’s realizations
Being seen without over-editing
Creating stability from self-trust

You might still doubt yourself. You might crave movement and rest at the same time. That’s okay. Holding fire and form together is part of the process.

Walk forward. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Your spark steadies into something that can last.

April Blessings,

Pisces New Moon | March 19th | The Beginning

Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac, the place where the cycle completes, where the edges soften, and where the year gently dissolves back into itself. It is the space between endings and beginnings, where what has been lived is quietly gathered, felt, and integrated.

A New Moon asks you to pause and listen.

To feel what is rising beneath the surface, rather than forcing clarity before it is ready to be seen.

This is a different kind of reset it’s subtle. Internal. Almost imperceptible unless you slow yourself enough to notice it.

You may find yourself more reflective than usual.
More sensitive to your environment, your emotions, and the undercurrents of situations around you. Memories may surface. Dreams may feel more vivid. Intuitive nudges may come in quietly, without explanation.

Let them.

Pisces energy moves through the unseen layers of life, through imagination, spirituality, compassion, and the deeper emotional waters we don’t always allow ourselves to sit within. It doesn’t demand answers. It invites awareness.

And often, that is where the real shift begins.

There is a soft unraveling happening here.

Not everything needs to be held onto anymore.

This New Moon offers a gentle space to release emotional weight you may not have realised you were still carrying. Old stories, past versions of yourself, expectations that no longer feel aligned, they can begin to loosen their hold through allowing.

Have you drifted away from the parts of yourself that once felt natural?

✨The creative part.
✨The intuitive part.
✨The part that didn’t need to explain or justify how it felt.

This is your invitation back.

Back to simplicity, to softness back to connection with what genuinely nourishes you. You are ready to accept now only what nourishes you. That takes a little time.

Time near water, quiet moments alone, music that moves something within you, creative expression without outcome, these are not distractions under Pisces. They are gateways.

Gateways back to self.

The Pisces New Moon reminds us that endings are not failures. They are necessary dissolutions. Sacred pauses. Moments where something completes so that something else, not yet fully formed, has space to emerge.

Energetic Themes:

• Emotional renewal and soft release
• Heightened intuition and inner listening
• Creative and imaginative flow
• Spiritual connection and subtle awareness
• Honouring the past without needing to carry it forward

Supportive Practices:

• Journalling, especially stream-of-consciousness or dream reflection
• Meditation, breathwork or sound healing to settle the nervous system
• Time near water or in nature to recalibrate emotionally
• Setting intentions that feel aligned in the body, not just logical in the mind

Crystalline Energies:
Amethyst -Aquamarine - Moonstone

Element: Water
Tarot Correspondence: The Moon

Affirmation:

‘I trust the quiet wisdom within me.
From still waters, new life begins.’

Lunar Blessings,

For the Motherless Child on Mother’s Day

To the motherless child, on a day that speaks so loudly of mothers: come gently back to the earth.

Love takes many forms.

Not every child was held in the ways they needed. But the earth has always offered a place for you to stand, to breathe, to grow.

Mother Earth does not rush you. She does not ask you to explain your story or measure what was missing in any way.

She simply receives you.

In the steady ground beneath your feet. In the trees that grow slowly but surely toward the light. In the rivers that keep moving, no matter how many stones they meet along the way.

Her presence is patient, ancient and endlessly forgiving. Today, place your hand upon the earth and feel the quiet truth beneath it.

You are held in ways both seen and unseen.

Held in the warmth of the sun that rises for you each morning. Held in the rhythm of the seasons
that remind you that life is always renewing. Held in the quiet strength within you that has carried you this far.

And as you grow, in your own time, in your own way know that the great mother of this world has been walking beside you all along.

Survivor Energy | Reclaiming the Narrative

Something that has never sat comfortably with me is when people label someone a victim when they have actually survived something.

It may come from a place of intended empathy, but it can quietly strip away the strength it took to move through it.

Often this happens because people interpret your experience through the lens of their own strength and perspective. They imagine how they would feel in the same situation, and from that place they assume what it must have been like for you.

But their perspective is not your experience.

There’s a subtle difference between acknowledging pain and defining someone by it.

Victimhood places the focus on what was done to you. Survival acknowledges what you did next. The courage to face it. The work to process it. The resilience it takes to keep walking forward.

Most of the people I have met in healing spaces are not victims.

They are people who have been through something difficult and have made the choice, again and again, to understand it, grow through it, and rebuild themselves in the process.

That takes an extraordinary level of personal responsibility.

Language matters more than we realise.

When someone is constantly framed as a victim, it can unintentionally anchor them to the moment of harm rather than the movement beyond it.

Survivors are not defined by what happened to them. They are defined by their capacity to rise after it. To learn, to change, to choose differently.

Acknowledging someone’s pain is important, but recognising their strength is just as vital.

Because survival is one of the most powerful things a human being can do. And that deserves to be named for what it is.

Strength.
