I can help to reduce muscle tension, relive muscle pain, decrease muscle stiffness, prepare muscles for sporting activities, reduce risk of injury, help to relax and restore fatigued muscles.

“Can I still have a sports massage even if I don't do sport?” Absolutely! Even if you don't do any form of sport or exercise, our everyday movements still put stresses on our body, which can, over time, lead to long-term issues. Sports massage can help with injuries, chronic pain, muscle aches and restricted range of motion in all of us! Dependent upon the needs of the client a variety of techniques can be utilised: effleurage, petrissage, friction, myofascial release, soft tissue release & mobilisations, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, clinical and postural assessments. Currently working from home, in a converted annex based in Clough Hall, Staffordshire. Registered with Sports Therapy Organisation (STO)
