I’m SO excited to announce that I’m now the Slimming World Consultant for the Alsager 5.30pm group! 🎉🥰

With 12 years experience as a Slimming World Consultant, and 4 of those in the Alsager Tuesday morning group I’m looking forward to be helping more people in our local community make positive changes and achieve the weight loss they’ve always wanted. 💕

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.
