‘My Slimming World group helped me believe in myself again 😍’.

Ally joined Slimming World after a heart-to-heart with her daughter left her worried for her long-term health. She’d struggled with her weight for a while but was now determined to be around for her kids for as long as possible 🤗.

Thanks to the support she found at group, Ally lost 7st (44.5kg), and rediscovered her confidence. Partway through her journey, she even had a hip replacement – and the changes she’d made meant she was back on her feet in just three months 🧡.

Who’s ready to jump back on the SW bus 🚌 ?

The bus is travelling to TARGET LAND and is filled with friendly fellow passengers 💗

It may have a few pit stops along the way and get the odd flat tyre 🛞 but its still very much travelling in the right direction and continues to do so till you reach your destination 🚌 beep beep!
