I know it’s very difficult to avoid catching colds and all the bugs going around this time of year unfortunately 😩 but if you are really suffering and full of cold please could you either reschedule your appointment or wear a mask to protect everyone please, this is my busiest time of year and I can’t afford to be poorly and off work, I have a cold atm due to this and I am wearing a mask to protect you all ❤️

I am doing a £10 deposit system for December like last year 🙂
If you have any appointments booked in December please could you transfer the £10 by the 31st October please to secure your appointments 🙂

I am a bit late with doing this but there will be a price increase starting from this week (21st July)
This is in line with my products nearly doubling in price 😔

I will be doing a revised price list that will be up in the salon but I haven’t got round to printing it off yet

During this busy period please can all clients make sure they are on time for appointments and if you need to cancel your appointment you will need to give 48hrs NOTICE if it is less than 48hrs then you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment that will need to be paid before any future appointments will be made
Also if you are unsure of times of appointments please message me to double check 🙂

Also NEW loyalty cards now in, collect 9 stamps and on your 10th visit you will receive £5 off any treatment
Please not any old loyalty card will NO LONGER be valid from the end of November
And no loyalty cards will be signed or used within December

As I’m sure you are all aware December is a ridiculously busy time for myself and I have been fully booked since august 🙈 due to this I am implementing a £10 deposit system to secure ANY DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS, if you have any appointments booked in December please can you send me a £10 deposit via bank transfer or drop the cash into the salon BY THE 31st OCTOBER please
If the deposit isn’t paid by then unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled.
I hope you all understand that I need to implement this policy to protect myself and my little business, I will also be making a cancellation list so if anyone doesn’t already have a appointment and would like to be added to it please comment below or send me a message 🙂
