Hello my name is Sam,

My weight loss journey started 21 years ago when I had my daughter. I have tried lots of diets but never got close to my pre baby weight. It was making me so unhappy so I knew I needed to take control. I made the call to my local 1:1 Diet Plan and I started

the weight plan. The plan was so easy to follow and with the six simple steps. I had always thought I wouldn't be able to stick to a plan like this but it was actually the reverse, I loved that it was so simple & straight forward. I was soon noticing the differences in my body shape, the weight was dropping off. I couldn’t believe it when I got into a pair of jeans I have had for a long time - Whoop Whoop.
