The Happy Vibe Fitness & Wellbeing Since 2016 we've helped 1000's of people feel better physically & mentally while having some fun at our dance, fitness & wellbeing classes, events & socials!

FUN Fitness Classes & Wellbeing Events both Face2face in Stone & Stafford and Online via ZOOM. Clubbercise, Boogie Bounce, Rockbox, Pilates, Seated Gentle Exercise and loads more classes ALL available throughout the week. We can even hire you our Boogie Bounce equipment to join our online programmes. BEGINNERS FRIENDLY and ALL levels of fitness are very welcome to join. We want to get FIT, but we

Looking for a friendly Pilates class in Stone? 🧘💛

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning after a break, we’d love to welcome you.

Our classes are designed to help improve:
✨ Strength
✨ Balance
✨ Flexibility
✨ Posture
✨ Everyday movement

No need to be fit, flexible or coordinated before you start. Many of our members joined as complete beginners and simply wanted to feel a bit stronger and move more comfortably.

We have 5 x classes throughout the week, with a friendly, supportive atmosphere and absolutely no pressure to “keep up”.

And for the men reading this… yes, we even run a Men’s Pilates class too! 😊

Our STRONG® classes in Stone are perfect for women who want to build strength, improve fitness and feel more confident in a friendly, supportive environment.

You don't need to be fit to start. Every exercise can be adapted, and we'll help you work at a level that's right for you.

JOIN OUR COMMUNITY TEAM! 🧡

Our friendly, community-based fitness group is looking for a qualified, Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor to cover our established Monday 9:30 AM dumbbells session for holidays, illness etc (more opportunities may also be available)

Our wonderful members are looking for an instructor who can program a great, dumbbell-focused conditioning class (whether your style is higher energy like HIIT or more lower impact like LIIT). The key is finding someone who can prioritise great technique and inclusive, positive energy.

We're not a high-pressure corporate gym; we’re a local community that loves getting strong together!

📅 When: Mondays @ 9:30 - 10.15 AM

🏋️‍♀️ Style: Dumbbell Conditioning (HIIT or LIIT)

📍 Where: Walton Community Centre, STONE

👩‍🏫 Qualifications: Level 2 Fitness or PT.
