Took a wander over to Shugborough Estate today… and it’s properly arrived.

Spring’s not subtle anymore.
Leaves are out, buds everywhere, colours starting to come through. Blue sky, bit of sun… and everything just feels different.

There’s a shift in the energy this time of year. Bit lighter, bit more movement, like things are quietly getting going again.

I always notice it lands well for me. This is the season where things just seem to click a bit more for me.

Nothing dramatic, just that sense of direction returning.

The NHS is calling for 200,000 new blood donors — but current rules still prevent people who’ve seen qualified, professional acupuncturists from donating.

This precaution feels increasingly outdated, especially when expert advice back in 2017 supported a change.

👋🏻 Hi, I’m Sally and I’m a five element acupuncturist

Before I retrained in acupuncture I worked for many years in the waste and ♻️ recycling world so beside my Chinese medicine knowledge know a lot about bins and rubbish!! Comes in handy when disposing of those needles 😊

I live in Staffordshire with my family which includes my two rex bunnies and two p***y cats. 🐰 🐰 🐈 🐈‍⬛

I love the outdoors, hiking, gardening and also singing….so much so that I run a choir with my friend Emma for those that just want to sing for fun (The Tuneless Choir).
