🔹 HOW I WORK:

1:1 Reiki For Deep Rest healing treatments - £60

These sessions are designed to create a real shift in how you feel. I support your current emotional, physical and spiritual state, helping your system to rebalance. Your treatment includes:

• Intuitively chosen oracle card for your healing journey
• Anointing with essential oil (optional)
• Hands on energy healing
• Healing frequencies from the reiki drum and Tibetan bowl
• Quartz crystals placed on your body

Many clients notice a shift within the first session.

🔹 1:1 Therapeutic Counselling Sessions - £70

These sessions offer a space to talk while supporting how your experiences are held in both the mind and body. We may explore current challenges, patterns or life situations, while also bringing awareness to how these are experienced physically and emotionally. These sessions are particularly helpful if you are:

• experiencing a difficult period or life transition
• feeling emotionally unsettled or mentally drained
• seeking understanding around a situation or decision
• wanting a grounded space to think, feel and process

The aim is to help you feel clearer and better able to respond to what’s in front of you.

September has arrived ☀️ and what an outstanding summer it's been, absolutely loved it and feeling recharged and full of happy sunshine vibes ready for the coming month ahead!

✦ In April Hannah Beard Osteopath and I held our first Craniosacral and Somatic Energy Healing Journey and the feedback was just excellent.

It also became my favourite event held to date and I wanted to ensure we continued with this!!

Another date is being planned for October.

🔸 What Takes Place In My Healing Room?

Well it’s been another warm glorious day outside and inside my healing room it’s gorgeously warm.

It's a steady 25c, fans are placed discreetly in the house, iced water with fresh slices of lemon for my clients and the light frequencies from the sunshine casting rainbows in the room.

I love these days don’t you? And it seems these warmer days are triggering a sense of change for my clients too which I love to work with.

🔸 So What Is It That Women Come To Me For?

My healing sessions, in all honesty, vary from client to client. This is based on women presenting with a variety of issues, needs or ailments.

For example anxiety, exhaustion and feeling pretty overwhelmed with life, relationships, work and ageing. Not looking after themselves and feeling pretty lost in their chapter of life.

Sometimes they’re looking for healing and guidance to help to manage their family relationships.

Some are just setting out on their spiritual journey and want to explore this new area.

🔸 Sadly so many have experienced loss and it's very special to be able to help them to connect to their loved ones in spirit during the healing sessions.

Other women (this includes some males too) come specifically for their physical health, whether that’s cancer, strokes, pain etc and are seeking relief as well as mental relief and some are seeking metaphysical understanding too.

I mustn’t leave out those who come for counselling and healing -that’s often around addressing trauma, loss, seeking change and direction and addressing self limiting, long standing beliefs that are creating turmoil for them.

This is a combined therapeutic approach which is a separate booking.

🔸 So Walk With Me, Let’s Take A Step Inside The Room ~

Before a client arrives, I’ve already created an energetic space and intuitively chosen their oracle card, selected crystals and picked up a sense of where the session may lead.

When they arrive, there is barely any conversation. It doesn’t always play out that way as it’s clear some clients benefit from share what's going on for them. For others they want to feed back on how things have been since last time.

I work with what I feel is for the highest good in that moment and for many clients talking on arrival is not the best approach and I gently guide them to the healing couch.

🔸They see the card chosen for them, set an intention, anoint themselves with essential oil and settle onto the couch.

From there, the session unfolds through somatic touch and voice, Reiki drumming, crystals, cranial acupressure, sound bowls, intuitive healing and Light Body visualisation (not all the time).

I also work with the healing team I connect with in spirit and sometimes loved ones in spirit like to join us too. I can’t tell you how special this can be and adds a whole new level to the healing!

The healing experience slowly closes with a refreshing drink waiting while the client gradually and very slowly returns to the room.

🔸 No two sessions are the same and every single client that walks into my world is treated with the upmost respect and admiration for the powerful journey they’re on.

🌞 ''Il dolce far niente'' - the sweetness of doing nothing.

Relaxing with a refreshing summer combination...piel de sapo, nectarines, watermelon and sunshine.

And it's been a fun week too; my website's had a long overdue facelift and I've made it the main place where you will find me.

You'll find reflections, glimpses, articles and event updates all posted regularly. Think of it as being like Facebook, but it's not.

✦ Our events Resonance and the Reiki / Energy Share were both rescheduled to September due to the hot weather and we're really looking forward to holding the events in slightly cooler temperatures!!

I'll also be scheduling the next immersive Archetype evening at Enchant for the Autumn along with our next Visionary Vibes which will be our third year running for this creative, fun and healing workshop and oh yes a different venue and you're going to love it!!!

Julie Ebrey will be our guest Medium and Psychic for both events and if you've attended either event before you'll know she's in demand!!

☀️ As a therapist it's easy to reach points where you feel like you're burning out a bit. I've experienced it way too many times but as I'm older and wiser I ensure that when I do have busy times I try and find some balance with nice things or add more of those nice things to my diary.

▪️One of the areas that takes up my time, in a fascinating way, is psychic/aura surgery. I trained as a medical intuitive and trance healer some time ago with the aim of developing the Psychic Surgery skills further. This month I've invested privately for psychic surgery training whilst booked on for the Autumn for an intensive training course.

In September I'll be doing the advanced level of Awakening the Light Body to explore the light body energy centres further. Whilst I'll also focus more on developing my mediumship skills to support this.

▪️Next year will look very different for me in the healing field and at the moment I've been taking on more complex healing clients to allow me to explore applying my interest in working with the head, neck and spine. Intuitively I know where to work but I'm applying the knowledge to this and studying the cranial nerves in this area to be able to link their function with balance, vision, anxiety etc.

▪️This excites me so much but unfortunately it tends to affect my sleep and always affects my diet because I'm so passionate about it. Therefore I have to find ways of switching off the mind and also the cravings when I'm in these periods of excitement and learning. But I start PT sessions next week so wish me well with that agony!

🙌 So off I go again for my monthly Thai massage which is so so good but this month I've been twice. Starting to greet them in Thai now!

Had lots of great walks along the river and canal by my home And off to London I went to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Painted Hall (our own version of the Sistine Chapel) and reflection in the Chapel.

Uber boat, warm weather and churros and coffee on the Thames made it a great day to switch off completely from everything.

My current counselling clients have wrapped up now and not taking on anymore until September. Yes to healing clients though😁 especially if you're willing to leave me to it!!

And I'm off for 6 weeks in August. I'll continue to see the few clients for healing that have been referred to me, but other than that I'll be off exploring life and doing psychic stuff!!☀️
