✧ My Healing Practice at a Glance ✧
I thought I'd repost this from last year for those who are new, who attend my healing events, work with me privately or maybe curious about the path that brought me here.
Healing, meditation and spiritual development have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I grew up in a culturally diverse family surrounded by very different beliefs, philosophies and healing traditions. All very enriching from a young age but not the norm when growing up with my peers!
From the age of 12 my Mum introduced me to Buddhist centres, meditation practices and holistic therapies and I spent many weekends in those environments.
✦ I was also doing distant healing from the age of 12 which was when I first discovered I was clairvoyant and began to understand the terms clairsentient and claircognizance. I'd sent distant healing to my dad who was undergoing trial key hole surgery.
My mum must have been very worried as she asked me to sit and listen to some music and send healing. I agreed and that's when I saw the doctor, the ward, where his bed was, the surgeon and could see dad was going to be fine. It actually freaked my mum out as she didn't work in that way.
By my early teens I had already begun developing my intuitive and healing abilities and was fortunate to train with fascinating healers, channels and teachers here in the UK and abroad. Looking back now, I realise how unusual and formative those experiences were at such a young age.
My Mum, who was deeply committed to holistic wellbeing over 40+ years ago, had trained in London and France in areas including meditation, psychotherapy, reflexology, Bach remedies, naturopathy, acupressure, hypnosis, Logotherapy, Existential therapy and nutrition. Watching people come to her for support and witnessing transformation first hand really shaped the way I understand healing today.
My mum was French Moroccan and was also a French teacher in my early years. Again I was around businesses who approached her for translations and students who came to her privately.
Mum introduced me to authors such as Joe Dispenza, Alice Bailey, Dolores Cannon and Alberto Villoldo, amongst many, along with Caduceus magazine and Cygnus from the late 1980's. I was ordering some great books back then!
✦ I was often taken to Stratford, Stanstead and Cambridge to attend workshops or participate in channelling healing all with excellent Channels, such as Chris Sell and Peter Oakley. Training in Awakening The Light Body has certainly helped me to tap into and play around with higher frequency energies along with the teachings of Sanaya Roman.
I trained as a medical intuitive with international Tina Zion, Trance healing with Libby Clarke and Chris Rutter and trained in Cyprus as a Magnified Healing teacher to name a few.
I enjoy watching well known channels who are on the leading edge of creation and reading about psychic surgeons such as Stephen Turoff, who I did meet, Surgeon of the Rusty Knife and Gerhard Klugl.

My work today blends counselling, intuitive healing, somatic awareness and spirit communication in a very light and compassionate way.
During healing sessions I often become aware of loved ones in spirit, symbolic imagery, emotions or intuitive messages connected to the person receiving the healing. I also work very closely with healing guides within my healing practice. It's do much fun and pretty powerful!
I never force this aspect of the work, but when/if it arises it can bring reassurance and emotional release for the individual but more importantly the work is blending physical with non physical.
✦ My interest has centred around the connection between the emotional, energetic, spiritual and physical self and creating safety within the body to support healing and change.
Many people know me through my healing events, which I absolutely love creating. I have a lot of fun with creating and delivering events! These evenings allow healing to become more accessible within the community whilst also creating beautiful collective experiences that feel restorative and connective.
I still regularly attend workshops and development circles simply because I genuinely love learning, growing and deepening my trust of this work.
My interest in the head, neck and back is an area I particularly enjoy and I'm developing this physical healing further.
Above is just a little insight and I hope it helps to know more about my journey.
🩶 I never take my journey or the individuals who work with me for granted.
