Hi everyone,

Hope you’re enjoying the sunshine ☀️

Just to let you know we have our Sanctuary at Whitmore Lakes this coming Sunday afternoon 31st May 2.00 - 4.30pm.

It’s also Full Moon that day - in Sagittarius ♐️ so a perfect chance to drop into a quiet space, rest in nature and calm the fire in cool waters.

We will circle & stretch, swim and sauna, then rest and relax after tea & cake.

The tickets for the Festival ‘Back to the Bone 2026’ are open - tickets are limited so please book soon if you would like to attend.

Back to the Bone Festival is a muti-disciplinary festival celebrating the complexity, the beauty and the power of womanhood. There are 5 performances - all original and devised for the festival. This is the third festival exploring womanhood, and they are always incredible. Do come if you feel called….

⭕️ I will also be leading a free Women’s Circle on the morning at 10am - all welcome.

This morning, I sat in a clearing in Hanchurch woods in a beam of sunlight, and gave thanks for peace. Today feels like a gift of sunshine, and love and peace prevailing...a long exhale and a hopeful inhale....

I was thinking earlier how different each month of the year 'feels' - each one has it's unique needs and activities. The perfect antidote to thinking everything should stay the same - nature has an inbuilt change system at its core.

In cycle awareness, it is understood that winter is not the time to begin anything, but to rest and wait. Liking this theory of the February shake off and the March strengthening. Our skin needs to thicken as the light calls us back, its a slow process - two steps forward, one back, just like the weather...
