Starting Millie at a young age 🩷

KettleWay is on Wednesday at 6pm at the Scout Hut.

We’re getting the big bells out tonight, so bring yours if you have one. Don’t worry if you don’t, I’ve got plenty to go around!
£7 pay as you go and no booking required.

You don’t need every workout to be your best one. Just keep turning up. Keep moving. Keep progressing. That’s where the results come from.

Holiday over, time to get back to it!

Early Bird is back tomorrow at 6:15am, with a bodyweight-only session to get us moving again.

Then on Wednesday at 6pm, we’ve got KettleWay with the big boys only.

I had a fab holiday, but it’s great to be back with my team. Let’s get back on track!

Due to exceptional family circumstances, I regret that I need to cancel tonights class.

Our first granddaughter has just been born, and I am needed to help support the family and assist with bringing Mummy and Millie home from the hospital.

Thank you for your understanding during this special and important family occasion. I appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you back next week when normal class schedule resumes.

For those who have paid for class tonight I will carry that over and credit it any other classes. ###
