Here is a little introduction about me and how I found my spiritual path. I had always felt awkwardly different all my life, I didn’t understand why until I reached my early 30’s when I discovered spirituality through a book written by a woman trained in metaphysics and shamanism. It helped me understand myself and gave me so much joy to know there is much more meaning to our existence than simply

this reality we are living, although I always felt this in my psyche. I went on to quench my thirst for all things spiritual by reading lots more books. Having a keen interest in helping others, I began by enrolling on a complementary therapies course at college. I studied Aromatherapy, Swedish massage, Reflexology and Hopi Ear Candling. This then led me to studying Reiki healing, reaching teacher/master level. I also completed level 1 Angel healing with Agnes McCluskey. I am a fully qualified Shamanic practitioner, through this I feel I have found my true Dharma or soul purpose if you like. Healing is my passion in life and find I can do this best through energy work. The healing we receive not only benefits ourselves, it also goes right down the ancestral bloodline. I also feel reflexology has the potential to help in the healing process and rejuvenation of body, mind and spirit. It is important for me to make you feel at ease so we can go on to build a good client/therapist relationship based on trust. I have a genuine interest in people and aim to help you achieve the most out of a treatment with me, be it physical, mental or emotional pain or discomfort you are experiencing. Love

It's vital to give this our attention regularly, as we are all so busy and get pulled in so many different directions we get a bit side tracked and lose sight of what and who is really serving our highest good!

What June is asking of you is something you have not had much practice with this year — receiving. Not earning, not pushing, not trying to make sense of why things are finally going your way. Just letting yourself have what is being handed to you. Pay attention to what arrives without struggle this month. That is the universe responding to everything the spring asked of you, and the more openly you can receive it, the more the rest of the year will continue to deliver.
