🦶 Breaking the myth… Reflexology is just a foot massage.

It certainly can feel relaxing, but reflexology is a little different.

Reflexology uses specific pressure techniques across areas of the feet which, within traditional reflexology practice, are mapped to different areas of the body.

For many people, the real value is simply having time to slow down, switch off and enjoy a deeply relaxing treatment.

And another common misconception?

Having a fungal nail doesn’t necessarily mean reflexology is completely off limits. Every client is assessed individually, with affected areas avoided where needed and appropriate hygiene and infection control followed.

Reflexology doesn’t need exaggerated promises to be worthwhile. Sometimes an hour to rest, reset and be looked after is valuable enough. 🤍
